Do you sell your customer lists to outside companies?
No – we only use customer data to process their order. Customers who sign up to our Newsletter off the home page will only receive newsletters from GlamourBoutique.com. We do not sell, share or rent data to anyone.

How can I pay/how does the billing on my credit card statement appear?
We accept major credit cards and only ‘GB Services’ our parent company will appear on your statement. We also accept Money Orders (drawn on a U.S. bank only), PayPal and Western Union Money Transfers. Some Gift Cards can be used online however some gift cards like Vanilla do not allow the purchase of items from websites like ours. Check with the Gift Card company about restrictions before you purchase one. PLEASE NOTE: all prices are charged in U.S. dollars.

Can I have my order shipped to a different address?
Yes, we will ship to any address BUT in order for you order to be processed without any delays you must always include the actual Billing Address of the card being used so that our payment processor authenticates the card. Please note for PO Box addresses you must select USPS Priority Mail.

How long will my order take to receive?
GlamourBoutique.com ship same day where everything is available and provided nothing in your basket is a special order. Most items are in stock at any one time though given the range of products we carry we do occasionally run out. If we are out of stock on an item then we will email you immediately with options. Most orders to most of the U.S. on our flat rate shipping will take 3 transit days to be received. We do of course offer quicker shipping options and you can always call or email with your requirements.

Canadian orders normally take 3 to 5 days in transit and Overseas orders 8 to 12 days in transit though different countries customs procedures are different which can shorten or lengthen these average transit times.

Are the packages sent discreetly?
Yes–the boxes are plain or Priority U.S. Mail Boxes  Even we would not know where the box was coming from or what was in it. We sometimes send ‘signature required’ to apartments and on large value orders to make sure you get the package. Our company and processes are built around the need for safeguarding our customer’s privacy and discretion.

How are boxes shipped?
We generally mail 2-3 day Priority, UPS Ground or Surepost but sometimes in cases of small orders we mail First Class to reduce postage charges. Overseas orders ship USPS Air Mail. Back Ordered items and Exchanges will ship at the most affordable rate/service. If you selected UPS Ground or any expedited service the first part of the order will ship that class. For any exchange or back-ordered item on the same order, they are not guaranteed to ship at the same class of service. If this may be an issue please inform us ahead of time.

Do you have a showroom/store?
Yes – we have a showroom located in Fairfield NJ where you can book an appointment to view and try our products before purchasing. Qualified staff are on hand to help with sizing and suggestions. We are located at 3261 Elm StCollege Park, GA 30337 United States.

Can I get OVERNIGHT shipping if the items are available?
Yes–we can ship US Postal Overnight or UPS Nest Day or FedEx overnight. Our UPS Next Day service does not deliver on Saturday so, Overnight Packages shipped by UPS on Friday will arrive on Monday ! Please note UPS Next Day does not guarantee a.m. delivery – if you require a.m. or a Saturday delivery and we will quote the going rate. Overnight orders should be submitted by 3 P.M. E.S.T. in order for us to process and ship that day! Orders received AFTER 3pm will ship the following business day. We recommend sending an E-mail to make sure all items are in stock

Do you send automatic responders to orders indicating you have received the order?
Yes, our shopping cart will automatically E-mail an Order Confirmation.

Suppose I want to get the status on my order. What do I do if I think my order is lost/not received?
As long as you have included an email address you will receive regular status updates and tracking order. If you do not receive your order check the tracking number you were emailed. In the event of not receiving the order you must inform us within 120 days. After 120 days the carriers delete tracking records and we can no longer help with a lost package query.

How can I cancel an order?
Email or call immediately if you need to cancel an order. If not shipped we can immediately cancel your order however we will refund you less 15% cancellation fee (this includes all credit cards and just transaction fees on Paypal orders). Orders already shipped must be returned by the customer without opening the package. On return the order will be cancelled and refund made less actual shipping costs incurred by GB Services LLC, and less cancellation fee of 15%. If customer refuses delivery on return you will receive a refund less our actual shipping costs and less 15% re-stocking.

How do I size myself?
All products that have size variations will have size charts. We also have many articles written about crossdressing and corsets to help you make the correct selection. If you are unsure please email to a qualified fitter. We are open 7 days a week on the phones until 10pm EST.
