The theory behind this great system is simple, once your (or your partner's) penis is in place and comfortably surrounded by warm water, you'll push down on the cylinder to expel any excess, creating an instant and totally natural suction effect. Once in the tub or shower, you'll fill the inner cylinder with water and insert your relaxed (un-erect) penis inside.
